Senior Sales Manager

You will carry out all your responsibilities by implementing and maintaining a culture of
ethics and compliance in line with our values and standards, both in your practices and
those of our business partners.
路 You will achieve the annual targets set for your area:
o Order taking and margins,
o Invoicing and margins,
o Collection of payments within the defined deadlines.
路 You will define the sales strategy and action plan for your area:
o Development of the customer base,
o prospecting for new opportunities via different sales channels.
路 You will develop, manage and lead a network of local representatives

Description de poste

路 In conjunction with the Technical Assistance department, you will guide our
customers in the choice of technical solutions and carry out product training.
路 You will prepare offers in conjunction with the Customer Services department,
present and argue the offers with the support of Technical Assistance and
negotiate prices and contractual conditions.
路 You will ensure the continuity of the customer relationship throughout the
execution of the contracts.
路 You will collect feedback and satisfaction from our customers.
路 You will be responsible for the collection of market information in conjunction
with the Marketing department.

• Sales Area Manager covering Middle East and Africa|The Group is highly international.

Master's degree in business and/or engineering,
路 10 years of experience in the commercial development of products or technical
services within an international sales area (Africa or Middle East)
路 Knowledge of the main public customers in the area ("Utilities") and the related
tendering processes will be a plus,
路 Experience of international contracts in industrial or EPC (Engineering - Procurement
- Contracting) companies, primarily in energy-related fields,
路 You have experience of using CRM software, such as Salesforce.
路 You have a strong personality and charisma, you like to work in a team, and you have
a natural ease in communication, you like to be in contact with customers, sales
agents but also with the various internal departments of the company,
路 English fluent required.
