Master Data Support - Medical Device

• Create and maintain bill of materials and item codes information in accordance with the Master Data Management (MDM) policies and procedures
• Ensure master data integrity in key systems as well as maintaining the processes to support the data quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues relative to items and BOM setup using established guidelines
• Identify areas for data quality improvements and helps to resolve data quality problems
• Conduct data cleaning to rid the system of not recent, unused data, or duplicate data for better management and quicker access
• Maintains a full audit trail of data changes
• Provides timely and complete resolution of ad-hoc internal and external data queries
• Determines priority of work and addresses issues in a timely manner based on understanding of critical factors
• Manages own time by estimating time to complete, setting deadlines, and communicating in advance when not expected meeting deadlines
• Proposes process efficiency improvements in execution of work, automation opportunity, rationalization of processes, and training/education
• Play an active role in the Change Management process

• Experience maintaining master data in an ERP system
• Demonstrated mid-level or above proficiency with MS Office Excel, analyzing and manipulating large datasets through formulas and macros.

• • 1+ years of manufacturing business experience
  • 1+ years of planning, purchasing and/or master data within a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree in relevant field of study
