
Sales Manager Italy - OEM
Main responsibilities:
Responsible for the sales in the assigned territory (Italy) and actively contribute to its development
Advice and support our customers with a strong focus on machine builders/OEMs and plant operators
New customer acquisition and development of existing customer relationships
Market development with new, innovative products and complete solutions for the Coating and Converting industry
Analysis of customer needs and offering of tailor made technical solution
Design and implement business plans and strategies to achieve the business goals
Coordinate and oversee the execution of company operations in ways that ensure maximum productivity
Suggest improvements in order to upgrade for company operations process
Maintain a forecast and targeting sales attainment plan
Collect, research, track and analyze relevant business data (included competitors' benchmarking)
Write and present reports with findings and insights
Representation of the Company at trade fairs, seminars and customer events

Requirements:
Technical background with a bachelor or master's degree
5-7 years' experience of consulting and selling technical solutions and components to industrial customers, with a successful track record in the B2B market
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Solution oriented
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, databases, information systems, data analysis techniques
Excellent organizational, multitasking and problem-solving skills
Shows entrepreneurial spirit and is able to work independently
Languages: Italian, English (min. C1), German is a plus
Home Office based, Domicile in Lombardy (ideally Greater Milan Area)
