  • Handling of the majority of the measures concerning the operation;
  • Arrangement of maintenance and servicing measures up to 500T鈧� without "complex" construction measures;
  • Planning, projection and budget's management;
  • Enforcement of the existing house rules;
  • Fire prevention officier;
  • Representation of the center manager in case of absence;
  • Management of the technical staff (Technicians and Assistant toTM);

  • International company|Facilities Management / Technical Manager

  • Studies in the field of facility or real estate management or industrial engineering;
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a managerial position in real estate management (retail sector), with a focus on facility management;
  • Leadership experience;
  • Advanced training in technical areas of monitoring, control, regulation and optimization equipment in buildings as well as the fire alarm system (BMA)
