HR Manager

The HR Manager will maintain overall responsibility for HR management activities with the support of the HR team (Talent acquisition, talent development, internal communication,administration and payroll, labor law respect,employee relation,collective bargaining,training,management support,...).

He/she will Improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the recruitment and selection process to hire the right person to the right position as well as keep the key talent happy with the company.

He /she will manage the company training plan and build up an effective training and development system to meet the requirement of training and individual career development.

He/She will design and develop equitable and attractive compensation and benefit programs which are aligned with national C&B policies, and she he will manage the payroll provider.

He/She will ensure that programs are carried out in accordance with the company's corporate policies and procedures and maintain compliance with all country and local regulations.

He/She will act as the propagator of the company culture and philosophy, lead the action planning and implementation activities

He/She will prepare updated monthly/quarterly reports as required on training, turnover, staffing, and others.Hr/She will update and maintain company employee database, payroll software, training records

Assist to guide supervisors and managers on methods and approaches to resolve employee labor relations and work problems (Industrial relation).

Maintain a safe work environment and manage facilities at Company standard level

• Industrial Market|Global Company

• Degree in Human Resources Management, Finance or relevant field;
• At least 5 years of relevant experience
• Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to think through complex, multidimensional problems;
• English is a French is very welcome
