Permitting Manager

Responsibilities

  • Follow up authorization procedure interacting with authorities and other stakeholders
  • Managing Grid Connection point identification, application to Grid Owner, grid connection proposal evaluation and support to the acceptance procedure
  • Maintaining contact with the authorities and guiding successful and time-sensitive planning
  • Supporting existing joint venture agreements
  • Other activities to further support the team and administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Previous experience (2-4 years) in utility scale renewable projects
  • Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Geology or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in Project Management/Engineering/PV
  • Experience in authorization procedure interacting with authorities and other stakeholders
  • Experience in Planning, organizing and directing all activities necessary for the successful development of the projects
  • Ability to handle and satisfy a large stakeholder-network around a development project
  • By nature strong in building up lasting relations on all levels: landowners, municipalities, regions, investors etc.
  • Knowledge of environmental planning tools and Italian regulations in the field of renewable energy
  • Experienced in Geographical Information Systems (GIS) (Arcgis, QGIS, AUTOCAD)
