Circular Economy Leader - Retail

The Circular Economy Leader will set, define, and coordinate the transition strategies towards an ever more sustainable growth of our economic and business model, engaging all internal and external stakeholders. Together with the team and network, the Leader will accompany the market taking by minimizing the impact on the planet through new business models based on reuse, sharing, repair and recycling.Roles and Responsibilities

Launch and oversee a strategy aimed at the following activities:

• Buy-and-sell model of used or refurbished products, with an advantageous price;
• Maintain and/or repair their sports items, extending their life and maintaining their value over time;
• Rent sporting goods to share them in a functional way;
• Deliver products that have reached the end of their life to re-introduce them into the production

• Circular Economy Role within the Sustainability Area|Report to local MD - Part of BoD

Requirements

• Previous experience in a circular economy role at national or international level;
• Deep knowledge of sustainable supply chain and sustainable product development;
• Experience in sustainable product lifecycle analysis, gained in a multinational environment;
• Project Management orientation;
• Experience in the retail or sport.
