Institutional relations, Investments and M&A Manager

Directly reporting to CFO, the Institutional relations, Investments and M&A Manager will be involved

• Identify projects that are worth to invest for the reason of building up references or for long term income generation;
• Establish connection with Green funds like -Private or Public - to keep applying for funding support for projects or if necessary invite certain percentage of equity open for green investors (10%-20%);
• Develop and execute effective strategies to identify, cultivate and steward corporate, foundation, universities and government agency relationships;
• Maintains strategic relationships with private equity firms and investment bankers to build pipeline and as input to analysis of trends, including competitive, economic, market and regulatory/compliance and provides intelligence to the Enterprise;
• Work closely with the Investor and the Management team to develop plans for inorganic strategic growth and assess business development opportunities which align with our company portfolio strategy;
• Leads business development activities to source, approach and qualify potential target companies;
• Own some aspects of acquisitions, qualification, initial rational/pitch, financial modeling and integration activities;
• Support on develops and negotiates term sheets and definitive agreements, working closely with Legal and Finance to structure and execute transactions;
• Structure the financial positioning for the potential acquisitions and or disposals, including development of business performance metrics;
• Support together with CFO for effectively communicating the key messages to prospective as well as existing investors in a timely and effective manner;
• Establish connection and create relationships with institutions Public (Local, Regional or International ) or Private (market institutions or Technical Institution);
• Drive the company to connect with National or International Calls (Horizon etc) to allow a technical background and connection;
