Customer Service in stage - English

For the commercial team we are searching for a customer service figure to insert in the team as an internship. He/She will be in charge of:

-formulation of business offers in agreement with the Sales Manager

-submittal of the offer to the client and eventual follow up within

-monitoring orders from beginning to end

-communicate with the logistic and production department

-preparation of export documentation (packing list, documents CEE and ExtraCEE)

-support to the client (Italian and International) via email and phone calls

-management of returns and complaints

-data entry of reports

The ideal candidate has to speak fluent English.

It is not necessary to have experience within the industry but it is required to have great conversational skills and flexibility as well as proactivity.

A University degree is a must have.
