Key responsibilities

• Engineering Technical Service: supervise and technical service during the engineering process including site survey, equipments hardware installation and software commissioning, data configuration and integration, swap activities, acceptance test, troubleshooting and related engineering documentation.
• Test Technical Service: technical service during the product validation test including test environment set up, test object list and test case description preparation and communication, test execution and communication, testing report preparation etc.
• Maintenance Technical Service: technical service during maintenance phase including FLM/SLM, trouble shooting, problem report preparation, on site investigation and patch/software upgrade while necessary.

• Radio Access Network | TLC Company

• Good knowledge in wireless technology, well understanding of the LTE/UMTS/GSM network architecture, interfaces and related protocols.
• Good experience in Radio Access Network, technical support experience in e-nodeB/WCDMA-RAN / GSM-BSS. Skill in RNC/BSC/BTS/NodeB/e-nodeB hardware system, software commissioning, data configuration and integration, basic troubleshooting.
• Candidates with big project experience or radio network swap experience would be preferred
• Good communication skill, fluent spoken / written English and local Country language, good at team work, open mind.
