You'd be part of a 2-member team under the responsibility of a team leader. You'd be in charge of developing software for a telecom network testing application, applied to the domain of railways. Our application is typically boarded on a purpose-built test train to generate 4G calls and to evaluate the quality of service of the client's network.
The applications interact with 4G/5G mobile terminals, scanners and other equipment running on VIAVI-designed hardware solutions on purpose-built test trains or portable units. All components collaborate to execute complex scenarios and test the mobile network. The collected data allow the user to gain insights into the network performance and measure/certify the quality of service.
