- To drive internal projects/developments (techno bricks) and sustain the innovation to meet products roadmap, through structured processes (techno bricks roadmap and reverse engineering process)
- To select or to develop mechanical components with suppliers
- To lead the development of components and subassemblies from suppliers
- To participate to the building the preliminary file for manufacturing
- To manage qualification of product/components/subset
- To provide support for technical expertise (quality, operation) and technical assistance to Production (including research of alternative sources)
- To lead all development tasks with internal Operations, Quality and R&D and support industrialization of products, including Continuous Improvement Projects
- To participates to risk management plan and to technical files for Regulatory submission
- To support notified bodies audits and for new products submissions / certification renewal / surveillance
- Active Implant Mechanical Manager|International company
- 6 years minimum, mechanical degrees, with relevant team management experience
- Methodology and rigor for handling technical issues
- Micro mechanics technologies and processes
- Simulation workflow
- Industrialization of mechanical products (DFx)
- Six sigma knowledge or certification
- Medical devices/ Industry Standards/ Norms and Regulations
- Fluent English
- Active implantable devices / human heart failure mode knowled
