<p>Reporting to Supply Chain Director the Logistics Manager will be in charge of the following activities: </p><ul><li>Manages the Logistics Supervisors, coordinating the activities to be carried out also through daily and periodic meetings.</li> <li>Manages the relationship with Logistics Providers and with other suppliers (eg. Disposer, EMCS).</li> <li>Manages the relationship with Customs for the excise duty management related to tax warehouses.</li> <li>Guarantees the monitoring of logistic processes, periodically checking the process parameters and managing deviations/situations not foreseen in compliance with safety and quality (also through KPIs defined in the contracts and through a constant dialogue with internal stakeholders)</li> <li>He/She is responsible for the correct execution of the procedures in the field and verifies the progress of the actions decided by the Team</li> <li>Actively participate in the investigation of events (H&amp;S, Q) that occurred in his/her area of competence</li> <li>Supports the entire Supply Chain in the definition of work plans, in the projection of inventories and in the prioritization process where necessary</li> <li>Together with the Team and the Logistics Providers, participates in the definition of logistics strategies (flows, capacities, spaces, technology) and ensures the correct application of the standards defined in the contracts.</li> <li>Organizes periodic visits to 3PL national and regional distribution centers and to customers</li> <li>Can participate in Supplier audits</li> <li>It is a Budget Holder of the entire function</li> </ul><br/><ul><li>FMCG Multinational Company|Managerial Role</li></ul><br/><ul><li>Proactively aligns him/ herself and team towards the agreed priorities</li> <li>Takes into account details and big picture when solving problems</li> <li>Demonstrates commitment and personal ownership, and sticks to decisions taken;</li> <li>Takes and executes decisions with quality and speed</li> <li>Excellent knowledge of logistic processes, preferably in the FMCG sector</li> <li>Previous experience in resource management</li> <li>Excellent aptitude for leadership and development of people</li> <li>Good knowledge of HSE standards</li> <li>Predisposition for continuous improvement and for the standardization and simplification of processes</li> <li>IT: MS Office applications - Strong / Excellent knowledge</li> <li>Excel Strong / Excellent knowledge</li> <li>PowerPoint Strong / Excellent knowledge</li> <li>Map Point or similar good knowledge is a plus</li> <li>SAP R/3</li> <li>Bollicine System is a plus</li> <li>Delivery routing management systems is a plus</li> </ul><br/><p>FMCG multinational Company is looking for a Logistics Manager for its plant in Varese.</p> <br/><p>Permanent contract and competitive salary.<br /><br />Location: Varese (province)</p> <br/><p>Salario da 60.000 €/anno a 70.000 €/anno</p>
