<p>The Merger &amp; Acquisition Manager will perform the following activities: </p><ul><li>Lead and coordinate M&amp;A projects up to closing</li> <li>Company valuations both highlevel, with limited data available, and following a due dilligence process.</li> <li>Preparation and follow-up of the basis for discussions with potential target companies incl. analysis of the effects on the balance sheet and P&amp;L</li> <li>Lead and coordinate the respective M&amp;A consultancies as well as auditors, tax advisors and consulting lawyer</li> <li>Preparation of documentation for Approval Committee</li> <li>Support in ensuring a professional M&amp;A process chain in the Group in coordination with the German headquarters</li> <li>Work with the Chief Executive Officer and Business Unit Director identifying potential targets</li> </ul><br/><ul><li>Energy services company part of a multinational group |Piacenza</li></ul><br/><p>Skills and required: </p><ul><li>At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the M&amp;A area of a company or an M&amp;A-focused management consulting firm, a transaction advisory or coporate finance department of an auditing firm.</li> <li>Expert in business valuation and due diligence</li> <li>Project management skills</li> <li>Strong analytical skills</li> <li>Expert of the energy sector is a plus</li> <li>Distinct independent and process-oriented way of working, coupled with strategic and conceptual skills</li> <li>Ability to work in a team, high commitment &amp; willingness to perform as well as own initiative</li> <li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills as well as a confident manner at all levels</li> </ul><br/><p>Energy services company part of a multinational group with more than 2,000 employees<br /><br /></p> <br/><p>Great opportunity to work for a fast-growing multinational company</p> <br/><p></p>
